第五條 帳號管理與使用責任
- 使用者應自行妥善保管其帳號及登入憑證，不得轉讓、出租或出借予第三人。
- 使用者須對其帳號下所進行之一切行為負完全責任。
- 若發現帳號遭未授權使用，應立即通知本平台。
第六條 禁止行為
使用者不得從事下列行為：
- 散布任何違法、不實、誤導、誹謗、猥褻、騷擾或違反公序良俗之內容；
- 未經授權，以自動化程式、爬蟲、腳本或其他技術方式大量存取、擷取或分析本平台資料；
- 企圖干擾、破壞或繞過本平台之安全、防護或技術機制；
- 侵害本平台或第三人之智慧財產權、人格權、隱私權或其他合法權益。
違反上述規定者，本平台得立即終止其帳號使用權，並保留依法追究法律責任之權利。
第七條 資料處理與使用

第八條 免責聲明與責任限制

本使用者條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或本服務所生之任何爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
